1 clinker production line of 3,600 t. / day
Quarry : Located in the State of Meghalaya, India
2 companies - one holding the mining rights & land leases and the other for quarry operations:

a) Lum Mawshun Minerals Pvt Ltd. (LMMPL)
This will hold the mining rights and land leases
Ownership: 74% owned by LSC + 26% by two Indian local partners

b) Lafarge Umium Mining Pvt Ltd. (LUMPL) 
This will carry out the mining operation 
Ownership: 100% owned by LSC
     
Financing
Investment : 255 million USD (including financial charges and initial working capital)
Financing Plan : Debt-Equity ratio is 60:40
